ABOUT
International music educator and speaker—affectionately known as "Mama Dawson"—Pamela encourages her students to channel their energy and passions into their singing, and to move in ways that help express their voices.
Pamela is currently in her 28th year of teaching and her 17th year at DeSoto High School in DeSoto, Texas. Choirs under her direction have consistently earned numerous sweepstake ratings in Contest and Sight-Reading, Best in Class and Outstanding Performance awards at festivals. Performances have been on the local, state, and national level, including Carnegie Hall, Hawaii and international level as they toured and performed in London, England.
